The All-Time Toughest Disney Tag Yet

I was tagged by the wonderful Rachel to do this tag. I'm a bit worried that it will take forever for me to decide on the answers, and you're supposed to time yourself answering them- eek. I will have a go, I'll let you know the time it took when I'm done. Here we go:

Q1. Who is your all-time favourite Disney animator and why?

Marc Davis, he animated Aurora after all.And he did Tink too. But also Milt Kahl, who did Peter and Wendy. Oh god, this tag is too hard already.

Q2. Which Disney era is your favourite and why?

The Silver era, everything about it is just beautiful. Plus, it has my two all-time favourite films in it. And also, the art direction in this era was top notch.

Q3. If Walt Disney were alive and you could ask him one question, what would it be?

What is your favourite Disney film, Walt?

Q4. Who is your all-time favourite Disney-director and why?

Wolfgang Reitherman, because, Sleeping Beauty.

Q5. What is your all-time favourite Disney song and why?

This is where it gets really tough! I'm going to have to say three songs, soz. The first is You Can Fly, because it just symbolises Disney to me (and Walt), and it also contains my favourite Disney lyric. Once Upon A Dream because it reminds me of being in Disneyland Paris, and it also reminds me of ballet, which I also love. And Prince Ali, because Aladdin just has the best songs ever.

Q6. If you were forced to erase one Disney movie from history, which one would you pick?

Well, there are quite a lot of Disney films that I haven't seen (ssssshhhhh) but of the ones I have seen, I'd say, oh, I don't know actually, maybe one of the live action ones. National Treasure maybe?

Q7. Which Disney park from around the world is your all-time favourite, and what makes it stand out to you?

This one is very easy as I've only been to one: Disneyland Paris. It has a beautiful castle, the theming is exquisite, it is in my favourite city in the world, and I just love it.

Q8. You have only 30 minutes in Disneyland before you're magically whisked back home by a portal. What do you do with that time?

See the castle, meet a Princess, go on Big Thunder Mountain, watch a parade.

Q9. You get to choose one Disney heroine to join the official Disney Princess line-up, who do you choose and why?

Gisele. She has all the qualities that a Disney Princess has, and she brings a modern twist to the genre.

Q10. Speaking of Disney princesses, one needs to be demoted from the franchise in order to make way for your new heroine. Who do you choose and why?

I'm going to say Merida, just because she is from Pixar. Can I do that?

Q11. What is your all-time favourite under-rated Disney movie, and why? (“Under-rated” meaning movies you don’t see or hear about these days… Like, ever.)

Now this is a hard one, because I still hear about loads of Disney films haha. I'm going to say Pocahontas I think, because it was my favourite as a kid, and it always remains a film I go back to loads.

Q12. Which Disney villain do you feel is the most misunderstood and why?

I'm going to agree with Rachel here and say Hades. It's just tight how Zeus and Poseidon got to be gods of good things, like the ocean and all the other gods, but poor Hades has to be in charge of the dead. Plus, Pain and Panic really are useless.

Q13. You can only choose one Disney animal to be your pet, who do you choose?

Meeko, I love that little fella.

Q14. Who is the one Disney character you relate to most and why?

Rapunzel. She is so full of a zest for life and she is so positive. She also has many hobbies, and believes in following her dream.

Q15. Finally, the toughest question of all... What is your favourite Disney film of all time?

This is not a hard question for me. If you've not already guessed by now, it's Sleeping Beauty. I simply adore everything about it.

Well that didn't take as long as I expected, like 20 minutes. I tag anyone who wants to give this a go.
