I know I usually post these on a Friday, but I realised this week that today marks a special day: one month today until Disneyland Paris turns 25 years old. There is a huge buzz around the 25th anniversary, and, while the celebrations start on the 26th, there's just something special about being there on the actual day; that's why I've booked a day trip to be there on the day. I don't even mind if I don't actually get on any rides, I am just very excited to see all of the special things that will be going on on the day, and to stand in the place I love so much 25 years to the day of the first time I went.
There is bound to be a bunch of stuff going on to commemorate the special day, with the 25th anniversary pin being the one that is most eagerly anticipated. There are no doubt going to be so many people there but the atmosphere will be fantastic. Let me know if you'll be there too, and come and say hi if you do see me.
