February in Review

I can’t believe it’s the 10th March as I’m writing this, however, I’ve had a bit of a whirlwind couple of weeks, and posts are better late than never, right? So I’ll tell you about my February anyway.

The month went by in a bit of a blur, but then, after the annual disaster that is January, I’m not really surprised. February was a bit of a quiet month (as all my months will kind of be until Florida) but I still managed to try the dessert cafe in my town not once, but twice, celebrate my first Valentines Day with Sam, got my first ever delivery of flowers for said Val Day, get potentially the biggest haircut of my life (I am Taylor Swift now, ok?!) and end the month at my favourite place in the world, Disneyland Paris.

What I read in February
Well it’s safe to say I’m still not flying through my reading challenge this year, but I did read 4 books in February, which were:
Shutter Island by Dennis Lehane
The Power by Naomi Alderman
Forbidden Colours by Yukio Mishima
Fair Stood the Wind for France by H E Bates

See you all next month for another monthly review.
Nic
xx
