Lush Bewitched Bubble Bar

Hooray, the Lush Halloween range has launched. I saw it today in a Lush in London, and this little baby popped out at me as soon as I saw it. It looks like my cat Poppet, so I knew I had to get it.

The bubble bar is called Bewitched, and is wonderful. It has a lovely Autumnal scent and, it turns the water black when you're in the bath. I used half of it in my bath, and it produces more than enough bubbles and fragrance to really fill the room.

Lush Yellow Submarine Bath Bomb

It's been a while since I got a new bath bomb, and when I saw this one a few weeks ago and the sales assistant told me it was new, I thought I'd pick one up. It is an adorable yellow colour, and it turns the water a lovely mixture of yellow and pink, like a battenburg. The scent of it was a wonderful coconut smell that reminded me of holidays, and as usual, the scent lasted ages. It also, as pretty much all Lush products do, made my skin feel incredibly soft and nourished.

Lush Baa Baa Bubble Bar

I am a huge fan of the limited edition, or seasonal, ranges at Lush, and every year I try and try at least one thing I've not used before. This year from the Mother's Day range I decided to go for the Baa Baa Bubble bar. (Side note, I was originally going to get the giraffe but it was £7 and I just wasn't up for paying that)

I love the design of this bubble bar, it's so simple and yet so cute. It also has the hidden surprise of being purple on the inside of the sheep, which was a pleasant discovery. The scent was just lovely, and it made for a very bubbly bath. I couldn't recommend this product enough, it is simple and sweet, and leaves your skin feeling great. It would be a perfect Mother's Day present.

Lush Cupid Bath Bomb

I am a sucker for a limited edition Lush product, especially when it is pink. So this Valentine's Day, I was super excited when this new bath bomb was shown in the range. It is called Cupid, and it is so cute! It is absolutely perfectly themed for Valentine's Day, and as soon as I saw it I knew I had to have it.

The bath bomb is a beautiful smell combination of rose and bergamot, and it actually smells like sweets! The main thing I go for in my Lush products is the smell, so I was over the moon when I smelled this one and loved it. It also made my skin feel so soft and moisturised. As I've said before in my Lush reviews, the bath bombs never make my bath look an amazing mix of colours because it's purple, but from what I've seen on Instagram, Cupid makes the bath look absolutely beautiful. I love this product and I hope they bring it back every Val Day.

Lush Big Bang Bubble Bar

I love trying new Lush products, and, while I know this isn't exactly new, it's new to me. I thought, since I got a bath bomb last month, that this month I'd go for a bubble bar, and I nearly reached for my favourite Creamy Candy, but then I saw this one; Big Bang. It's a lot fresher than the scents I usually go for (I'm a sweet scents girl usually) but I got it anyway, fancying a change, and I'm glad I did.

The thing I love most about Lush bubble bars is that they can last you ages, and this one was no different. I decided to spread this one across three baths, but I could've easily got four out of it. I loved the zingy fragrance, it definitely made me feel invigorated.

Lush Sakura Bath Bomb

After my Disney audition a few weeks ago (which I will talk about in more detail soon) I decided to treat myself to a new item from Lush. I almost picked up my usual Creamy Candy, but then I saw this Sakura bath bomb. So I picked it up to give it a smell, of course, and I loved it. So I picked one up and took it to the till. And I've only just gotten around to using it because of having a couple of bubble bar leftovers.

Anyway, I used this bath bomb on Sunday evening, and I literally stayed in the bath for such a long time. The bath bomb fizzed when you put it in the bath, which surprised me a bit because, when you look at it, it looks like a bath bomb that'd be a creamier one rather than a fizzy one (I hope this is making a bit of sense.) and it filled the room with fragrance. I absolutely loved it, and it made my skin feel amazing! I'd highly recommend this bath bomb.

Lush Unicorn Horn Bubble Bar

I saw the Lush Unicorn Horn all over Instagram last year, but when I went to get one myself, they'd all sold out at the two Lush shops near me. So this year I was determined to get one. I rushed there on payday and managed to pick one up, and I was glad I did, as half an hour later, they'd all gone again. I left the shop a very happy lady, and eager to get in the bath.

I am very good at getting my bubble bars to last me a fair few baths, and this one was no different. I snapped the top off, and I'm going to use the bottom half for my next bath. It was the most interesting scent I've used from Lush, and it woke up my nostrils and filled the room. I don't know what was in it, but I felt so relaxed after I used it. I recommend this highly, and not even just because it's super pretty.

Blogmas Day 8: Lush Christmas Products

Day 8 of blogmas, yay! Today I'm going to be talking about the Christmas Lush products I've been using this year. There's only 3 so it won't take me long.

Snow Fairy
My oh my, this has quickly become my favourite thing ever! I know, everyone already knows it's amazing, but I'm still quite a Lish newb, so let me have my little victory. I actually love this that much that I get sad when I'm not in the bath (I'm definitely more of a bath than a shower person) using it. I'll definitely be buying this for many a Christmas to come.

Peeping Santa
This little guy is certainly a cute one, and, as I love these bath melts, he's a winner as far as I'm concerned. I'm not sure if this is a change the colour of the water product (the perils of having a maroon bath) but it smells gorgeous, and, as with other Lush products, fills the room with scent.

Candy Mountain
Yes, I love a conical bath product. This was actually the first Christmas Lush product I bought this year, and I've since bought another one, I just love it that much. It smells very similar to Snow Fairy (is it supposed to?) and it makes my skin feel so soft. I'm going to use it on the night of my Christmas party so I'm all shimmery too.

What Lush products do you love?

Lush Christmas Wishlist

It's pretty much a year to the day that I tried my first ever Lush product, and since then I've been hooked; buying at least one product a month. So, with the Christmas range coming back again, I thought I'd put together a little products I want to buy myself list, in the form of a little wishlist.

So we have: Star Dust, Peeping Santa, Yog Nog, Five Gold Rings, Snow Fairy, Candy Mountain, Magic Wand, Butterbear and Snow Fairy. I'm sure I'll be treating myself to a few of these on my next day off.

What are your favourite Christmas Lush products?

Lush Frozen Bath Bomb

I am a relative newbie to Lush, so sometimes I am behind the times with the releases. This is definitely true of the Frozen bath bomb, which came out a couple of months ago. I was aware of it when it came out, I just didn't think of getting it, instead getting another creamy candy bubble bar instead (am I boring because that's my favourite one?) until last Sunday. I saw it as soon as I went through the door, and decided to give it a try.

As soon as I put the bath bomb in the bath, it filled the bathroom with the fragrances, and relaxed me straight away. I have a purple bath, so the exciting, pretty colour changes don't really happen in my bath, but it still looked blue and magical, and the shimmer stayed on my skin and in the bath for a long time, and the blue shimmery water was just beautiful.

Overall, I would definitely use it again, it has made my skin soft and shimmery, and it smells delicious and made for a lovely relaxing bath.

Becoming A Lush Fan

I've got a confession to make: before December, I'd never used a Lush product. I'd always seen people talking about them but I'd never used one for myself. So when December rolled around, I decided to treat myself to a Snow Fairy. And I absolutely adored it.

The scent, the way it made my skin feel, the glitter. It was love at first bath. Since then, I've decided to start treating myself to more Lush products. So, every payday, I'm now going to go to my local Lush and pick up a bath time treat.

I've had a couple so far: a Creamy Candy bubble bar, and The Comforter. I love the Creamy Candy bubble bar, and have actually bought it three times. It makes my skin feel so soft. The Comforter I bought at the end of June, and it's still going strong. I love how the usage of the products can be spread out to more than one bath.

I absolutely adore both of these products, and I can't wait to add more Lush to my collection. That's where you all come in, recommend me some products people! I'm determined to become a full on Lush fangirl, so why not help me along the way?
